Return Policy
- You have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to return an item
- Products must be unopened and in their original packaging
- Products must be in the same condition as when you received them
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method

- Products that have been opened or used
- Products with damaged or missing packaging
- Gift cards
- Combo packs with broken seals

Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you
- Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- You'll receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed
Damaged or Defective Products
If you received a damaged or defective product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Send photos of the damage to support@mansidh.com
- We'll arrange a replacement or issue a refund
- Return shipping will be covered by us
